This website does not offer SMS enrollment, collect text-message consent or send text messages. Visiting a page, downloading paperwork or clicking a telephone link does not subscribe you to messages.

To discuss an appointment, call (931) 591-3740. A telephone link opens your calling application; it does not send a text or confirm an appointment.

Questions about a message

If you receive a message claiming to come from the practice and are unsure about it, call the practice using the number above. Do not send medical information or payment details to an unverified sender. This website does not manage subscriptions to messages sent through other systems.

If a text program is introduced

Any future sign-up here will explain who sends the messages, their purpose and frequency, any message or data charges, and how to get help or stop messages before asking for consent. No such sign-up is available on this website now.
